Laptop Repair
Laptops are more prone to getting faults than desktop Apple Macs or PCs. They get dropped, the kids get their hands on them(!), spillages occur, the power socket starts to wobble around. If air isn't getting to the hottest components - to the heatsinks on the CPU or graphics chip, the laptop will overheat. This may lead to component failure.
Speed
Speed is often an issue with laptops because they are designed to be used while on the move and this usually means that they will never perform as fast as a desktop computer. but things can be done to optimise them. All sorts of software problems can lead to a laptop running painfully slow. We can fix this. Over time, operating sytems become damaged and cluttered. Programs are installed and forgotten about. Many programs load up as soon as you turn on, and they are hogging valuable memory and CPU resources.
