Service Options

Introduction

There are two types of service to choose from. Our 'As You Go' service would be suitable if you largely manage your IT in-house, having a limited number of issues that would necessitate calling us. Usually you'd be using our services because you have some kind of emergency, or because you need some specialist service such as remote data storage.

The 'Day In Day Out' service is where you need your IT continually monitored in every respect. We're working behind the scenes, doing regular servicing and intervening when minor problems occur. It makes it less likely that you'll get an out and out emergency, and means that failsafe mechanisms are in place for the rare occasions when you do. Companies who use our Day In Day Out service appreciate the fact that they are covering their business risks more effectively, and deploying staff more fruitfully.

1. As You Go

When you select our As You Go service, you can be assured that you will get the sympathetic help of a PC expert. Our responsiveness, and the breadth of our experience means that even when things go belly-up you can be sure that your down time will be minimised, your staff will be as gainfully employed as possible, and you can avoid the usual stress and uncertainty of a malfunctioning PC.

Rates

• Labour is charged at £65 per hour (one hour minimum, half-hourly thereafter)
• Data backup (stored at your offices) is £4 per 2 Gigabytes for each PC
• Data backup (stored remotely) is £4 per 200 Megabytes for each PC
• Data restoration is charged at £30 per 20 minutes
• Overtime rates apply to work outside normal business hours

The backup service carries a one-off setup fee of £35 with storage at your offices, and £75 for remote storage. Backup rates may vary in the event of more simple or more complex arrangements than the usual. Please note - laptop repairs may carry a higher price.

2. Day In Day Out

Make the commitment to take on a fully managed IT solution from us and you'll be pleasantly surprised to learn that the entry level price comes to only £2.25 a day per PC (based on 20 working days a month, minimum period 6 months).

What You Get

• 1 hour's labour per PC per month (this is time we actually spend)
• Free technical support by phone (up to 15 minutes in aggregate)
• Remote access to any of your PC's (e.g. work from home)
• Remote help from us for any of your PC's through a secure remote connection
• Monthly health check for each and every PC
• Intrusion detection and prevention
• Virus monitoring and removal
• Data integrity checking, and disk defragmentation
• Data backup (both on and off-site) with no set-up fees
• Hardware maintenance every 6 months
• Routine network maintenance
• A rapid response to service requests

The "Supercare" Plan

All the above for the price of £45 per PC per month! We will back up your critical data to a designated PC in your office 5 days a week, and once a week (you specify the day) we will do a backup of up to 1 Gigabyte of data to a secure remote location. We will give you up to 30 Gigabytes of free storage space in our remote storage facility. We also offer a portable hard drive collect and return backup service (secure remote storage) for a fixed monthly fee of £45 per 250 GB data, and £25 collect/return service.

The "Ultracare" Plan

For the monthly fee of just £55 per PC you get complete peace of mind:

• For urgent on-site visits we will endeavour to get to you within 30 minutes of your call (engineers by motorbike)
• We will always aim to make any on-site visit within 2 hours
• We will take on problems on a no-fix, no-fee basis (leaving you credit for time to be spent elsewhere)
• We will make every effort to resolve problems that arise as and when they do, and, if we deem it appropriate, we will remove hardware to our workshop for overnight repair
• Flexible data backup services will be rendered, this may include off-site data backups 5 times per week
• Full management of ISP and landline related issues, and any third-party access to your network
