More memory

A good item to upgrade, usually by increasing the amount you have, rather than changing the speed rating of the memory. As software demands on your hardware increase, and as you do more and more multi-tasking, it really helps to have memory available to match these demands.

SSD drive

We find that this is a great upgrade for computers that have become a bit of an underperformer over time. Especially the case with Apple Macs. Apple tend to roll out software updates so often that their older hardware can't keep pace with the new demands created by their programmers. SSD's are very significantly faster than conventional hard drives. This means that boot up times can be speeded up, and general running can become much more responsive.
