We've an engineer just 15 minutes away from you. Free collect and return

We will collect your laptop and return it to you free of charge. Most keyboard replacements are complete within 48 hours. We're just around the corner from you in SW London, so you can be assured that you'll be getting a fast local service from us.If you prefer to keep your laptop while the new keyboard is on its way to us (24-48 hours) we will inspect your laptop to confirm the keyboard fault, take a deposit from you and order your keyboard from one of our suppliers. When it arrives we'll return to fit it.

We guarantee that we'll get your keyboard working again, and that means there's no charge if we can't (unless there's been some sort of fluid spillage into the laptop itself).
